every effort possible to ensure the safety of your personal data. Data backup
and restore is free for the first hour; every additional hour billed at $55.00
an hour.
Yes. Simply fill out the Repair Request form and
indicate the components that you want us to upgrade. You may also call us and
provide one of our technicians with the same request.
There are several considerations. First, please
call us and speak with one of our technicians to determine if an operating
system upgrade is right for you (as a rule, newer operating systems are more
hardware demanding than their predecessors). Second, you'll need to obtain a
valid copy of an operating system that you'd wish us to install.
Yes we can. Simply send in your system to our
Repair Service Center and a qualified Desktop technician will be able to
determine the cause of a problem, notify you about the steps necessary to
correct it and with your approval fix it.
No, you do not need to register for an annual
membership to take advantage of PC Repair service.
Absolutely. If extra work or hardware part(s)
are required to fix your PC system, then a Desktop technician will contact you
for your approval first before any work is done.

Please use common shipping and packing
guidelines when packaging your PC or Laptop. Use adequate amount of bubble-wrap
and a carton box rated at least 50lb or higher.
