What are your hours of operation?

Fast PC Support's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and by appointments.

How late can you dispatch a technician?

Technicians are dispatched until 6:00 PM.

How much do you charge an hour?

Fast PC Support's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and by appointments.

How much do you charge your business clients?

The same rate as we charge our residential clients - $90.00 per hour.

Are your technicians available on weekends?

Yes. Our technicians are available one full weekend a month by appointment only.

Can I get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my problem?

Absolutely. Our technicians have years of on-site computer repair experience and will be able to fairly accurately determine the cause of the problem and provide you with an estimate on time and cost.

Can you dispatch a technician to work on a multi-computer project?

Absolutely. After assessing your project's requirements (number of PCs/Laptops and project completion time frame) we can accommodate your project's needs with one or more technicians.
